We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

5.3 Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened personal care products (Body Wash, Cleansers & Toners, Face Oils & Mists, Lip Balms, Deodorant)
• Used essential oil blends and diffuser blends
• Opened candles that have been lit or used
• Face Masks (for hygiene reasons)
• Any products that have been opened or used

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Receive Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Securely package items in original packaging

6.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
